1. Booking Cancellations by Customers
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled tour/villa stay will receive a 100% refund (minus any processing fees).
Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made 15–29 days before the booking date.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the booking date or for no-shows.
2. Changes & Rescheduling
Free rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before the booking, subject to availability.
Last-minute changes (within 7 days) may incur a 20% fee.
3. Unforeseen Circumstances (Weather, Natural Disasters, etc.)
If a tour is canceled by us due to bad weather or safety concerns, customers can choose:
A full refund
A rescheduled date
A credit voucher for future use (valid for 1 year)
4. Early Check-Out from Villa
No refunds for unused villa days if the guest leaves early.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned via the original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Services
Special requests (private chefs, event decorations, etc.) and third-party bookings (e.g., flights) are non-refundable.
7. Disputes & Complaints
Refund requests due to dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours with valid proof (photos/videos). We will assess each case individually.

Travel insurance is recommended for unexpected cancellations.
All refunds exclude transaction fees (if applicable).
