1. Booking Cancellations by Customers

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled tour/villa stay will receive a 100% refund (minus any processing fees).

  • Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made 15–29 days before the booking date.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the booking date or for no-shows.

2. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Free rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before the booking, subject to availability.

  • Last-minute changes (within 7 days) may incur a 20% fee.

3. Unforeseen Circumstances (Weather, Natural Disasters, etc.)

  • If a tour is canceled by us due to bad weather or safety concerns, customers can choose:

    • full refund

    • rescheduled date

    • credit voucher for future use (valid for 1 year)

4. Early Check-Out from Villa

  • No refunds for unused villa days if the guest leaves early.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned via the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Services

  • Special requests (private chefs, event decorations, etc.) and third-party bookings (e.g., flights) are non-refundable.

7. Disputes & Complaints

  • Refund requests due to dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours with valid proof (photos/videos). We will assess each case individually.

  • Travel insurance is recommended for unexpected cancellations.
