50% refund if canceled 15–29 days before arrival.
No refund for cancellations <14 days or no-shows.

Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (early/late requests subject to availability).
Damages: Guests are responsible for any excessive damage or loss.
Occupancy: Maximum guests as specified per villa; extra charges apply for unregistered visitors.
🚗 Tours & Activities
Dolphin Watching: Departure times vary by season; weather-dependent.
Private Tours: Custom itineraries must be confirmed 48 hours in advance.
Third-Party Services: We are not liable for external vendors (e.g., transport, spas).
